Shipping Method & Charges

For all orders, we provide FREE shipping of Air Mail worldwide. A tracking No. will be offered for any orders above 16USDs.

We also provide Express Mail Service for orders to the following countries:

Australia, Austria, Belgium, Cambodia, Canada, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Macau, Malaysia, Malta, Mongolia, New Zealand, Norway, Papua New Guinea, Philippines, Portugal, P.R. Korea, R. Korea, , Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, Vietnam, U.K., U.S.A..    

For orders shipped to countries not included in the above list, customers will need to pay extra charges for EMS. You may contact us for detailed information first before placing the order.

All parcels will be marked as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the recipient will be fully responsible for the charges if there is any.

A signature is required from the recipient upon the items' arrival. This service gives you peace of mind that your items will arrive safely and directly to your appointed location. All parcels will be held for picking up if it can't be singed or delivered. So please provide us with correct and detailed shipping address for delivery. We are sorry that P.O. Box address is unacceptable currently. The risk of loss would be passed to you if you made any mistakes of shipping address when filling out the purchase forms.

Shipping Time

Normally it takes less than 3-4 days for us to collect the products from the manufacturers and pack the products. Some orders can be shipped out in only 1 day after they are placed. Even when the item is not in stock, we will always keep you updated on the state of the item.

Orders usually arrive within 30 working days by Air Mail and within 7 working days by EMS. We are sorry that we do not provide overnight shipping currently.

We will do our every effort to make sure you receive the parcel in time but we are not responsible for service transit time, which is determined by the carrier, excluding weekends and holidays, and may vary with parcel origin and destination, particularly during peak periods. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, insufficient address info, holidays, carrier complications or customs delay.

Tracking

For Air Mail, if your order is below 16 USDs, we provide you with regular Air Mail service, which does not include tracking service. If you want your order to be tracked, you can pay an extra 2.2 USDs and we will offer you registered Air Mail service and you will receive a tracking number and link for online check.

If your order is above 16 USDs, we will offer you registered Air Mail service free of charge, and you will receive the tracking number and link after your order is shipped out.

For EMS, the online tracking number and link will be sent to your email after your order is shipped and be valid for your check within 48 hours.
